  1. #868 Best Public Elementary Schools in CaliforniaNatomas Charter SchoolSacramento, CA·Public School·K-12·Rating 4.02 out of 5 303 reviewsSenior: I have been attending Natomas Charter School since 6th grade and it is an amazing school. I've discovered a lot about myself as a student, artist, and person all throughout the years. But in more recent years, I've seen a decline in the school's culture. Our school is distinct as it is an art school, one that is very diverse in every aspect you can think of. It's not a regular high school, but it's starting to feel like just a regular high school. Every few months or so the bathrooms get closed off because of students, majority underclassmen, are caught vaping inside of them and it's really inconvenient and disappointing to hear. In addition, many male students complain of the quality of their bathrooms and how the sinks don't even work anymore....
